Investigations in our company have shown that the concentration of fungicidal active ingredients in the cooling lubricant emulsion or solution can drop drastically during a longer shutdown phase. If these losses of active ingredients are not compensated by the cooling lubricant supplement, massive problems due to fungal attack are pre-programmed.
