Our new Mini Scuid offers digital connectivity and assures our customers a constant maintenance of measured process parameters through automatic control. It offers a real-time insight into the process baths. Adjustment of the bath parameters pH, conductivity and temperature can be done remotely or under the supervision of the expert. Alerting takes place via email, audio and visually based on set limit values. There is a daily report of measured parameters and "logging" of all parameters for checking and improvement processes. The bath remains more stable due to constant small doses instead of larger corrections. Due to the direct reporting of deviations, a quick response can be made, which greatly reduces manual operations. Our affiliated app is linked to the software of the Mini Squid, it can be read-out on a computer, laptop or mobile phone.
