What happens to the oil that ends up in a cleaning bath?
During parts cleaning, tramp oil inevitably makes its way into the bath. If it remains in the bath, it can gradually affect cleaning performance and shorten the bath's lifespan.
In this episode, we demonstrate how demulsifying cleaners can help. The oil separates from the cleaner, collects on the surface, and can be more easily removed.
This results in less tramp oil circulating in the system and a cleaning bath that remains effective for a longer period of time.
